Centerline Urban Capital ("CUC") is an investment fund partnership that we have with the California Public Employees Retirement System ("CalPERS"). CUC is focused on making equity investments in multifamily properties in major urban markets.

CalPERS, through the Responsible Contractor Policy, supports and encourages fair wages and fair benefits for workers employed by its contractors and subcontractors.
