Conduit Financing - We have strategic alliances with several Wall Street conduits for first mortgage financing
Agency Financing - We offer first mortgage financing for apartment properties through our multiple Agency executions. Centerline is a licensed Fannie Mae DUS lender, a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer and Delegated Underwriting Initiative Program Lender and an FHA Map Lender
Equity - Through our investment fund partnership with the California Public Employees Retirement System ("CalPERS"), Centerline makes equity investments in multifamily properties in major urban markets.
Centerline's Commercial Real Estate Group also acquires high yield Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities ("CMBS"), high yield direct loans and Collateralized Debt Obligation ("CDO") securities for the investment funds we manage. Working with our strategic alliances with several of the preeminent CMBS issuers, Centerline is one of the nation's most seasoned and experienced buyers of high yield CMBS.
