Centerline’s Asset Management Group monitors and manages a diverse portfolio of multifamily real estate assets throughout the United States. In total we oversee more than 1,200 multifamily properties containing approximately 147,000 units in 116 separate investment funds. Valued at $9.3 billion, Centerline’s portfolio is among the industry’s largest.
The Asset Management group operates nationally to deliver three core services:
- Performing Asset Management manages the majority of the portfolio with properties in 47 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico. Construction support is provided from inception through acquisition, and continues for the entire holding period through disposition.
- Special Asset Management provides hands-on oversight of Centerline-owned properties and assets that are not operating at optimal levels.
- Portfolio Management manages relationships with investors in our funds, using an enhanced technology platform to ensure the value of each fund is maximized and to provide timely and high quality reporting on each fund throughout its investment cycle.

In fulfilling our fiduciary responsibility we work collaboratively with our development partners and debt providers. Centerline’s regional structure permits in-depth market knowledge and stronger relationships through close contact with customers. We see risk management and problem solving as an integral part of our fiduciary responsibility to investors.
