About Us Management Team | Board of Trustees Hilary M. Ginsberg - Managing Director; Director of Corporate Communications Hilary M. Ginsberg is a Managing Director of Centerline Capital Group, a subsidiary of Centerline Holding Company (NYSE:CHC). Ms. Ginsberg is the Director of Centerline's Corporate Communications department, where she is responsible for overseeing all marketing, investor relations, internal communications and public relations efforts for Centerline and AMAC (AMEX:AMC), a publicly traded commercial mortgage REIT managed by Centerline. Ms. Ginsberg joined Centerline's predecessor in 1997. Prior to that, Ms. Ginsberg spent a year as a paralegal in the real estate lending division of Zeichner, Ellman and Krause, LLP. Ms. Ginsberg received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in History from the University of Michigan. She is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
