Pursuant to the March 5, 2010 corporate restructuring, former 11.0% Preferred and Community Reinvestment Act Shareholders are now Common Shareholders and should click above to access information on their investment. For more information regarding the restructuring, please click here.

Until July 30, 2011, Centerline Holding Company (“Centerline”) was a Publicly Traded Partnership for tax purposes. Investors recorded their distributive share of Centerline’s income and loss from their Schedule K-1 form. There were no 1099s distributed during this period.

Effective July 31, 2011 Centerline is treated as a Corporation for tax purposes and is subject to separate entity tax. Shareholders will no longer be required to record their distributive share of Centerline’s income and loss. Centerline will only distribute 1099′s if distributions are made. Currently, Centerline does not anticipate making distributions.

Common Shareholders’ 2011 Schedule K-1 forms will be available online on February 6, 2012 and will also be mailed on February 10, 2012.

For K-1′s for:

Independence Tax Credit Plus LP II, III & IV are expected to be mailed by mid-March 2012. Subsequent to the mail date they will be available on line and you may access your K-1 by clicking on the link below. Please realize you will need the taxpayer identification number (i.e. social security number) the investment is registered to as well as your six-digit investor number.
